Advanced Building Services (ABC) are located in Bicton, Western Australia. With 30 years experience in the building industry, George Kalllidis, of ABC can provide you with constructive, unbiased and professional advice on all aspects of building.

ABC’s Services include:

• Building inspections and pre-purchase reports
  These cover both structural and maintenance issues. Any issues relating to non-compliance with council regulations will also be addressed. You will receive a courtesy call immediately after the inspection to advise of any significant issues and a detailed written report will be forwarded to you.
• Practical completion inspection and progress reports
  These are conducted prior to making progress payments to a builder and will determine whether a builder has completed the necessary works for a stage. ABC will also advise whether the works have been completed to industry standards.
• Advice and/or supervision for the owner builder
  Advice and/or supervision to owner builders to facilitate the smooth running of your project whilst keeping costs down. ABC can guide you through all stages of your building project and give you the confidence to deal with tradespeople.
• Designing house plans or giving constructive advice on plans already drawn
  ABC can provide you with the knowledge to design a house that will give you maximum functionality and add value to your greatest asset.
• Home extension or renovation advice
  ABC can advise you how to achieve your extension or renovation goals in a time efficient and cost effective way. For example, we can recommend which walls can be removed with the least expense and how to achieve a functional and aesthetically pleasing result.
• Building and construction negotiation
  ABC is able to negotiate on behalf of clients and document contractual agreements reached.
• Project management for individual or corporate clients procuring the services of a builder.
  On-site visits during the progress of work will ensure you get what you are paying for.
• Specific problem solving on maintenance issues
  ABC can help you solve specific problems, such as rising damp, cracking walls or workmanship problems. ABC will advise you on the extent of the problem and give you step by step advice on how to rectify it.
